Following decades of experience working for global corporations, Philip brings a uniquely in-depth perspective to business development, executive coaching, and personal branding through his own consulting firm.


Through a career in senior positions at Colgate Palmolive, the Clinton Foundation, Procter & Gamble, Digital Equipment Corporation, and the Tri-Borough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, Philip understands the critical importance of business efficiency and satisfaction in executing a company’s strategic goals. He has implemented organizational plans in over 60 countries around the world in a wide variety of industries.

 

A prolific speaker and writer, Philip communicates strategies that help businesses maximize efficiency and effectiveness. In his book, "Being Better Than You Believe: 8 Steps to Ultimate Success," Philip shares his guide for organizations and individuals to achieve greater productivity, satisfaction, and success through thoughtful action steps.


Philip holds an MBA from Xavier University, a master’s degree in behavioral science from Columbia University, a bachelor’s degree from Queens College, and an associate degree in marketing from Manhattan Community College.

Gabriel J. Marous, Esq.

 

Gabriel offers a unique blend of book-smart business attorney combined with years of on-the-ground practical experience of a serial entrepreneur, all in one. He spent the last 20+ years developing his expertise around the concept of helping entrepreneurs create, acquire, grow and protect their assets” as means of empowerment, personal growth and legacy building.


As an entrepreneur himself, he understands that speed of execution can determine ultimate success or failure. As he likes to say: “There is no bonus point for succeeded slowly.” In addition to his own boutique law firm, Gabriel has created, acquired, managed and sold several other businesses in various industries. He has a particular affinity for the sale and acquisition of businesses. Many of his clients have expressed their appreciation for his role as a transaction facilitator.

 

Having guided dozens of business owners, over the years, from the start-up stage to multi-million dollars in revenue, Gabriel has also established an active advisory and consulting practice to entrepreneurs at various stages of development. Gabriel holds advance law degrees from France (Panthéon-Sorbonne University) and the United States; in addition to his undergraduate and graduate double-major course work in International Law and Economic Sciences.
